Monaco is the principal I/T Architect for JMCC Consulting, Inc. Mr. Monaco’s most recent employment was with eConvergent, Inc., where he was responsible for systems integration between the eConvergent hosted eCRM solution and client legacy systems. Mr. Monaco worked for IBM for over 20 years in various capacities including Sr. I/T Architect for IBM Global Services, Manager of S/W Publications for IBM’s Federal Systems Division, Systems Analyst for Publications Systems and Architect for Publishing Systems Integration. Mr. Monaco has been the lead Architect on a number of large projects for major corporations including the integration of state of the art Document Management Systems for Allstate Insurance, USAA Insurance, Sony Electronics, Fokker Aircraft B.V., Pratt and Whitney Jet Engines and Airbus Industries. Mr. Monaco has participated in several industry working groups for the definition of the military standards for electronic document exchange (CALS) and the Air Transportation Association efforts in defining ATA-2100 Data Interchange Specifications. Mr. Monaco also participated in a number of SGML standards committees. Mr. Monaco received his B.S. degree in Industrial Technology from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1985 with graduate work in computer science at the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1987-1989.
